My journey with Regal Chevy began with the purchase of a 2017 Chevy Tahoe, a significant investment for me as $2000 down payment and $800 monthly payments are a considerable commitment for a hardworking individual like myself. With three children relying on me for safe transportation, I was assured by Regal Chevy that the vehicle was dealer certified and had undergone rigorous inspections to guarantee its reliability and safety. However, my optimism quickly turned to despair less than 12 hours after driving off the lot when a major transmission issue surfaced, completely contradicting the dealership's assurances of quality assurance. The disappointment and anxiety were compounded by the fact that I was informed there was no warranty on the vehicle, leaving me stranded with a truck that was not only unreliable but also potentially unsafe for my family. As a responsible consumer, I immediately sought assistance from Regal Chevy, hoping for a swift resolution to the situation. However, instead of empathy and accountability, I was met with indifference and evasion. Despite my earnest pleas for assistance, the dealership refused to acknowledge their shortcomings and rectify the situation, leaving me to navigate the aftermath of this ordeal alone. What's even more disheartening is the financial strain this has placed on me. $2000 is not a trivial amount for someone who works tirelessly to provide for their family, and $800 monthly payments for a vehicle that is anything but reliable is simply unjust. The burden of this situation weighs heavily on me as I struggle to make ends meet while also ensuring the safety and well-being of my children. I cannot stress enough the importance of transparency and integrity in business dealings, especially when it comes to matters as significant as purchasing a vehicle. Regal Chevrolet has lost any future business. They misdiagnosed my 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. They charged my extended warranty $790 and $100 I had to pay. I'm in the process of calling my extended warranty and explain this situation. Just regular driving my car would think I'm spinning the rear tires, when that happens it slows my car down. Regal said my stability control module/chassis module was bad. Regal Chevrolet said they got a code of P0606 well that code is for power control module (PCM). Had it actually been my chassis control module Regal would have got a code of P2868 but they didn't. Also worth noting, 3 months of owning my car, I've NEVER had any check engine lights. I went to two Chevrolet dealers and one corvette specialist shop in St. Pete. They all said/verified that if I had a bad chassis control module, my dash lights would have been lite up like a Christmas tree. Side note: Regal Chevrolets diagnostic fee is $189. Winter Haven Chevrolet was $135 and the Lake Wales dealer was $99. More
Had a couple issues with my truck with 15000 miles has whine in transmission was told normal but have same vehicle and transmission in a tahoe but no noise. I paid for a new vehicle so this stuff would be covered but they won’t fix it . More

It would have been easier to just light the money we spent with them on fire instead of taking our car to them 3 times for it to not be fixed. I do not recommend their service for lack of communication, spent with them on fire instead of taking our car to them 3 times for it to not be fixed. During our most recent experience we took the car in for the same issue 3 times and they never fixed it. The paperwork even said they drove it to make sure it was ok, but when we got it home, it was doing the same thing we took it in for. So in my opinion, you are likely to get taken advantage of here, find somewhere else. More
