Lying, poor quality Lied about pressure washing vehicle, lied about price increase for oversize tire rotation, blew paint chip off of hood while pressure washing during a Lied about pressure washing vehicle, lied about price increase for oversize tire rotation, blew paint chip off of hood while pressure washing during a detail, had hood painted twice by offsite vendor against my recommendation. Had multiple chances to make the entire situation right, still did a horrible job on the detail (but did refund the $150.00) and the hood is still bad quality. I plan to now spend my own money and get it fixed correctly. First and last time using this dealer. More
I would NOT take my cars to any where else. They are great! They are the only service center that we have used since they have been open there. And, I hope they stay there for many more years. annoying first guy finds me in computer and says he updates new car info. wants to know what maintenance plan i have. he gives me a hard time about it. i tell first guy finds me in computer and says he updates new car info. wants to know what maintenance plan i have. he gives me a hard time about it. i tell him i will bring docs when i come in. come back. avoid first guy. second guy can’t seem to find me in computer and when it comes to maintenance plan he can look it up. so i don’t need docs. what seems to be the problem there ? i guess part of the problem is that i purchased from other dealer. first guy told me not all dealers accept all maintenance plans. that’s why he had to have docs More
