I had a lot of difficulty contacting the service department. Multiple phone calls and emails were not returned. I finally called new sales who transferred me. One the whole the dealership did as I expected a dealership to do. Long wait with no communication. This is not a good thing but it is as expected. We sat and waited and waited and waited because dealership to do. Long wait with no communication. This is not a good thing but it is as expected. We sat and waited and waited and waited because the lot was short on finance people. There was no communication during this process. It led to a 5 1/2 experience which I would not wish on anyone. If people would just communicate what was going on folks could be more understanding. Would I recommend this dealership? MAYBE.
