I had an amazing experience working with Marcus this week. We knew we would be in the market for a new car soon, as our car was showing signs of giving out. A few hours later, as I was on my way to check out another dealership, my car finally died. Knowing that the Elantra was my favorite of what I had looked at that day, I immediately called Marcus - he was extremely responsive, remembered exactly which car I preferred, and had it ready to go when I finally got back to the shop.
