This is not a normal rating, but they need to know when they’ve fallen short. They did not have a part in house so had to send out for it. I was displeased with a nonresponse to my request on whether or not the vehicle I purchased was available. So I drove to the dealership,and there it was, the car I wanted. Everyone at the customer service that was professional and very friendly. They were very communicative about my situation, and handled it expeditiously.
