Apparently they love to sell cars, just not service them. Before my appt (scheduled 5 weeks out), I called 6 times to ask a question. NEVER received a return call. Now will have to schedule another visit - whe it could have been taken care of at the time! More

I recently had an experience at this car dealership that left much to be desired. Firstly, the salesman lacked knowledge about the vehicles, and surprisingly, it was the sales manager who knew all the specs left much to be desired. Firstly, the salesman lacked knowledge about the vehicles, and surprisingly, it was the sales manager who knew all the specs. To make matters worse, the salesman managed to lock our new car keys in his desk after the purchase was confirmed the night before. Waiting for 3.5 hours for a locksmith to retrieve them was an inconvenience we did not anticipate. Finally, upon receiving the car, a noticeable scratch on the passenger window became apparent, leading to an extra day's delay for the dealership to replace it. Overall, a frustrating experience that warrants a 2-star rating. More
