Felt very dismissed by service advisor Cyn. Was told there was a 2 year wait to get my vehicle recall resolved, apparently Hyundai USA disagreed. I was told by service advisor that Hyundai would call me to set up the recall repair appointment but that was erroneous. Hyundai stated that was the dealers responsability. Hyundai was very professional and courteous, RedMcCombs Hyundai was not. Once Hyundai USA was involved, after I had checked in with them 6 months later, Hyundai USA investigated and found that the dealer didn’t keep its word. After that, the vehicle was finally repaired within 2 weeks or so of the intervention is Hyundai USA. When my vehicle was done, I reached out several times to the service advisor but there was what seemed like an intentional rejection of my calls. Car works now, looks great, but I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with RedMcCombs Hyundai EVER AGAIN More

Finance guy was pushy and lied about warranty. Mileage was posted wrong on website and I didnt find out until I went to sign papers. 9,000 mileage difference. Salesman told me they would honor GAP at $600, but finance guy wouldn't do it. Carfax was never given to me. I had to ask for it. Found out manufactured in 2022 but its a 2023, so warranty is a lot shorter than I originally thought. Some very sketchy moves. More
