Took my vehicle in for a recall. Had to make a sacrifice to drop it off and have someone pick it up since I was out of town on business trip. I got a call from the service advisor informing me that they had to order the part for the recall. I was flabbergasted that they didn't have the part in on an ACTIVE RECALL. What a waste of my time. I had to schedule another appointment for this to get taken care of several weeks later after I returned from business trip. I'm very disappointment. More

Of all the cars I've owned, this purchase was by far the easiest. Financing always takes the longest, but JT made it worth it. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and super nice!
