A few months ago, I took my Palisade for service and my service advisor was Joseph. He was great, and all went well. This time, my service advisor was Gustavo. Me and my husband went and had awful customer service experience. To start, the lady who initially helped us today would only speak and direct her conversation with my husband for the first 30 mins or so experience. To start, the lady who initially helped us today would only speak and direct her conversation with my husband for the first 30 mins or so (we both noticed). Despite the car being mine, she would ask him question about how it drives, how he liked it, why he wanted to switch, etc. Then we waited about 3 hours to talk about a financial plan. We even had to leave and come back, to which they said they would have everything ready and sorted, but by the time we came back, the man who was suppose to help us took another client (in the designated appointment time we had) so we waited again. Eventually, we were seen by another contractor there. He made HIGHLY inappropriate and sexist comments the whole time. He said “who makes more money between the two of you?” after we told him we work in the same job/location. He proceeded to make comments like “oh is he buying this for you?” and “are you guys going to have any kids?”. Overall, an awful experience. They almost lost their sale off of pure ignorance and disrespect from the people we interacted with today. More
