There were things that was not mentioned like the car had two open recalls, tire pressure mentioned during the test drive that was taking care of. Rear passenger side tire had a slow leak. Utterly disappointed in the way business was conducted. I scheduled the appointment thinking this was a complimentary service as the we purchased the vehicle in Feb 2024. It has less than 20k miles on it I scheduled the appointment thinking this was a complimentary service as the we purchased the vehicle in Feb 2024. It has less than 20k miles on it. Had the vehicle serviced at Red McCombs in April 2025, the same location. They did not say that the April service was my last complimentary service. Anyways, I get checked in, they do the service and it’s not until after the oil was changed that it was brought to my attention that the service was not complimentary, that I had to pay over $150 out of pocket. This is a very shady way of doing business. What happened to integrity, being transparent? You should provide up front pricing, let the customer decide how they want to proceed. That was a gut punch. I will never go back to that location, nor will I ever recommend Red McCombs Hyundai to anyone! Shad shady business!!! More

After 10+ weeks of being in there shop and endless run around….. picked up my our car that they had repaired…. However, they buffed off the ceramic coat and managed to scratch the undamaged part of the ca around….. picked up my our car that they had repaired….
