I've purchased from them previously and had a good experience. This time I felt they went behind my back dealing with my wife when I was outside looking at vehicles. When I got back to the showroom th experience. This time I felt they went behind my back dealing with my wife when I was outside looking at vehicles. When I got back to the showroom they were already running numbers on a vehicle they showed her. Once the deal was finalized the snuck in a service contract I specifically stated I didn't want in. Worst of all I was charged a payment on the car I traded in ,twice, because they failed to get my smartpay cancelled. Last but not least I still haven't received the tint we agreed on. I will never do business with this crooked dealership ever again. More
It was a financial mess. They said my check wouldn't go through was told to go get a cashiers check. I did, a few days later the check went through, with only partial amount They said my check wouldn't go through was told to go get a cashiers check. I did, a few days later the check went through, with only partial amount, was told that it was keyed in wrong. after I called and complained, the manager called me and told to go back and pick up my cashiers check and take it back to the bank, that my initial check would run properly. I did pick it p took it and deposited it bank. a week later it was finally cleared the way it should have been. How can someone make a mistake like that. More
