While I messed up on my appointment date, they still took the car for service. Service advisor was not familiar with the service intervals. Was told no service due since I had less than 8K miles drive, I e the car for service. Service advisor was not familiar with the service intervals. Once home reviewed the service invoice and no where does it show that the recall was performed. On company website, I asked the service advisor if recall was performed. Now over two weeks later, have not received a replay. Not sure if I have to beg for an answer or not. Service was performed in a timely manner. Giving a three star due to service advisor not knowing service intervals, no mention on service invoice about the recall being performed and the lack of response to my asking about the recall.
