Had an appointment at 945 for oil change waited a whole hour for the lady to check me in she said she forgot. A whole nother hour went by and asked if my car was completed she said hold on. Everybody who came in after me were already gone I was the only one left in the lobby. I was supposed to have three free complementary oil changes. No one said anything about ma’am. You don’t have complementary until she came out two hours later and said it was gonna be 109 so I told her you’ve had me sitting here for two hours and you barely wanna tell me that it’s gonna be 109 and they haven’t even started on my oil change? All she could say was I’m sorry so I asked her for my keys in my car and I left with no oil change. More
