Think Sina's boss or whoever could've been more aggressive w/ reducing profit margins to give the customer a better deal, especially on the last day of the month. Unfortunately, I learned afterwards I could've saved at least another $1000. Also felt I didn't get enough for the trade. My buddy saw y'all's listing for the trade-in, and he said: "looks like they are trying to get rich off of you." This all doesn't sit well with me. Sina was good though, so the dealership is lucking out here cause I'm rating Sina as part of this. My advice to Sina's boss or whoever is to focus more on creating returning customers (think multiple purchases) versus trying to maximize profits for a single purchase. Work smarter, not harder. More
