The transaction started out a bit rocky, as I was traveling 150 miles to purchase a specific vehicle. I spoke to a "manager" the day prior who assured me the vehicle was on the lot. They had indeed tried to contact me that morning, though I missed the email and they were calling my office, not my personal number. They admitted the issues and promised to help me into a new vehicle. They did their best to accommodate me and I did purchase a vehicle that I am very happy with.
