I asked to have my tires checked due to low PSI… picked up my vehicle only to get on the highway and my light to go on and indicate it was still low. All that was done was a rotation. I called to speak to up my vehicle only to get on the highway and my light to go on and indicate it was still low. All that was done was a rotation. I called to speak to my representative Lili and get hung up on after being told they did their job but if I would like to get it rechecked I would have to go back at a later date. Take my vehicle back the next business day only to be told my tired needed to be replaced and would not be able to be done for another 3 days. Had this been addressed the initial date I wouldn’t have to be without a vehicle. More
