Took my vehicle in for air conditioner not cooling on my 2022 Tucson with 22,000 miles after the Hyundai dealership on IH10 did not want to cover it under warranty. They wanted me to pay $435 to service my 2022 Tucson with 22,000 miles after the Hyundai dealership on IH10 did not want to cover it under warranty. They wanted me to pay $435 to service my vehicle. Thanks to Gustavo Martinez my service advisor for his professional help and taking care of me and backing up the Hyundai brand by covering it under warranty. He knows how to make the customer feel appreciated and valued. I would definitely recommend this dealership’s service department. More

When I took my car in they sent me an email with 3 items that needed to be repaired. Long story short. I had to wait 9 days for them to fix 1 of the issues, my rear camera. I paid for the extended warranty that needed to be repaired. Long story short. I had to wait 9 days for them to fix 1 of the issues, my rear camera. I paid for the extended warranty and never got the loaner car the salesman said was part of the warranty. I had to reach out to them multiple times, including the Service Director and an email to the GM, and just got a run around. Pathetic performance on their part in my opinion. Guess I'll have to pay for another garage to take care of the other 2 issues. More
We came looking for a car to replace the one we had been driving for the past eight years. Mo met us at the door and we explained what we were looking for. We intended on stopping at other dealerships before making a decision. We shared our budget and a deal was structured that gave us what we were looking for that was within our budget. Instead of a 2nd hand car that we had anticipated, we left with a new car and the benefits that came with it. I'm looking forward to experiencing the service center in the future for routine maintanance. More
