Stopped by Red McCombs Hyundai in San Antonio. Wanted to look at the Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Spoke with Raymond Torres, who assisted my wife and I regarding the vehicle. Raymond allowed us to test drive the Palisade and answered our questions. Being a Veteran it was good to know Raymond is a fellow vet too. I try to support Veterans when able. After speaking with Raymond, we decided to move forward with purchasing the Palisade Calligraphy. Spoke with the finance dept. The finance dept. was able to work a deal with the OTD pricing I requested. I highly value customer service from any company i deal with, sofar I'm satisfied with the follow up from Raymond and Hyundai. Raymond has contacted me a couple of times asking me how my wife and I like the Palisade Calligraphy. So, we'll see what happens when an issue shows up and and how the service dept. responds.
