They took forever to do my car, I dropped off at 8:30am and didn’t get to pick up until the next day because they finished so late. On top of that, they tried to sell me a bunch of garbage services totalin and didn’t get to pick up until the next day because they finished so late. On top of that, they tried to sell me a bunch of garbage services totaling about $3000 when I only came in for warranty work. 1) said I needed new cabin/engine air filters for $150, even though I just changed them less than a month ago myself. 2) states that my tires are in great condition with tons of tread left. Lies, my tires are bald. 3) windshield is in great condition like they said? Nope. It had a crack that goes across the entire windshield right in the middle. This makes it feel like they didn’t even really inspect my vehicle at all. They just tried to sell me a bunch of services to make money off me without looking at anything. I will NEVER EVER come back. This dealership is shameful. And of course when I asked to speak to whoever did my multipoint inspection, they had no idea who it was. Ridiculous. More
