I scheduled an appointment at their Northwest dealership to see a car. The salesman brought a car around. As we were walking to it, he informed me it had a different color interior than the one I wanted t to see a car. The salesman brought a car around. As we were walking to it, he informed me it had a different color interior than the one I wanted to see. This was after getting an emailed confirmation AND a phone call that they had it. I told them that they had just wasted both of our time. I left to go home. The manager called me on the way home to let me know that they DID have the car but at their sister dealer. The sister dealer called me and I scheduled an appt. to see it later that day. At least these guys had the car I wanted. They were helpful and nice but the process took WAY too long. I think they were working on getting the financing sorted. I have an 800+ credit rating, so I'm not worried about qualifying for the loan. After more than 2 hours at the dealer, I asked to get my car keys for my trade-in and asked them to schedule a time for me to pickup the new car. I think they were expecting me to leave with the new car that same day. That was not my plan. I had many personal belongings that needed to be removed from my car along with figuring out how to unprogram my gate and garage door opener that are integrated into the car. I felt as if they didn't value MY time. More
