The length of time I waited was unacceptable. My appointment was scheduled at 11:15 am and I waited until after 3:30 pm for it to be done. It would have been helpful if there was a link to let you know around what time they think you will ready when you make the appt. That way you can have someone pick you up or setup a ride share. I was given a possible time it would be completed once I arrived, however it lasted longer than that time. More

Not sure. Wasnt given much of a choicer as far as car selection. We went with a newer car because her old car was always having issues.
