Have had to take my vehicle back twice already for them to fix things that they had already “fixed” within 1-5 months between services. Most recent time didn’t have any communication from advisor, I had to to fix things that they had already “fixed” within 1-5 months between services. Most recent time didn’t have any communication from advisor, I had to call and ask about my vehicle numerous times. When I dropped off my car I waited 5 minutes before a service advisor came out and took the two cars that showed up after me, all while staring at me and not saying a word. It wasn’t until a porter came and asked me if I had been helped yet. Then to top it off when I picked up my car I had to wait 20 minutes before I went in to ask what was going on along with other customers. Then only to get my car back and there’s a message on my dashboard that says “system off”. I didn’t even bother having them try to fix it and am just going to take my car elsewhere, where I know things won’t be half way done and my car will be returned functioning correctly. I only have 50,633 miles on my car and shouldn’t be having this many issues. I used to not have issues in the past with the service department but lately haven’t had good experiences. More

Wait time too long even for simple services like oil change and tires replacement. Don't expect to get your car back within 3 hours.
