Service was good, but my service advisor did not keep in touch. Estimated wait time of 2 hrs and sent me a text with a phone number to contact him. At 3 hrs, I texted him. Nothing back. Voicemail and no return call. Then spoke with another service advisor and got my car 15 minutes later. My original advisor informed me it was ready, but no apology for not replying to my text or call. Not acceptable to not keep me informed when the time us almost double the estimate. More
