I was traveling from California to Florida and my 13 year old car broke down in Texas. It was a nightmare experience for me, and I was SO fortunate to walk in (20 minutes before closing time on a Saturday ni old car broke down in Texas. Throughout this incredibly stressful time, he was SO professional and patient with me while I navigated the daunting process of buying a car out of state. I found my beautiful 2023 Hyundai Venue SEL, and I couldn't be happier. I was certainly hesitant about buying a car without having an opportunity to examine other options, but with Luis's help I know I made the right choice. Overall experience was great from the time I pulled in to check in to when I left. The only thing that bothered me was that Hyundai and Red McComb Hyundai did not have the service history for my vehicle. T check in to when I left. I also thought it was odd that even two different McCombs Hyundai dealerships did not communicate with each other. More
