Originally made an online request, and Sandra was great at following up and arranging an appointment. I was handed off to Diego, who is very knowledgeable on the ioniq features and attentive to any questio at following up and arranging an appointment. I took my car in for an oil change and asked them to look at the wiring of my back drivers side brake light as it had been shorting out. Instead of looking at the wiring they offered to change both my break at the wiring of my back drivers side brake light as it had been shorting out.
