The guy Esteban kept calling me and telling that I needed to bring the car when I had left my car there then when we got there to pick it up they wanted to charge full price when we got quoted a different pr to bring the car when I had left my car there then when we got there to pick it up they wanted to charge full price when we got quoted a different price they said our car was ready and we waited outside for like 15 mins More

I was told that if I was the first person to get to the the service site, my car would be the first to get worked on. I arrived at 6:30 am and didn’t get out until 11:00 am.
