Booked out way too long for services. Takes way too long for oil changes. You should offer quick oil changes like other places especially if you cant book an appointment for 3 months. Totally poor service. Was lied to about repair service. Initially told that repair would be covered in warranty service. Following car being delivered to repair vendor, Was lied to about repair service. Initially told that repair would be covered in warranty service. Following car being delivered to repair vendor, was informed that service would not be covered. The problem with the cracked front glass between the windshield and the panoramic roof assembly is a ripoff and a travesty of justice. Too many unrxplained exploded front glass pieces, thus part of the earlier class action suit. More
Brought my Santa Fe in for it's 35,000 service. There was some initial confusion as I did not show up on their service log although I had called and set up the appointment. They got me in. Service advisor Amber Kitchen did a very good job of explaining the difference between the manufacturer's must service and the dealership's recommend services. Went with the dealer's recommended services. I am always pleased with their people and their service and the constant communication as your vehicle is being worked on. More
I still like this dealership but I was not aware of the new service area. I wound in a construction area. I came across a nice employee who was walking and guided me to the right place. The length of time before anyone even looked at my car for a warranty job when i had a flashing check engine light come on was more than 8 weeks. Going without a vehicle for so long placed an enormous bu for a warranty job when i had a flashing check engine light come on was more than 8 weeks. Going without a vehicle for so long placed an enormous burden in my family and I. No loaner vehicle was offered, no effort was made by the dealer to appease the strain placed on me. Communication was minimal by the dealership and only after I initiated it. To go so long without my car was unreasonable. Hyundai needs to subcontract their warranty work, or offer loaner cars when it takes them so long to handle warranty repairs. I will avoid purchasing another Hyundai vehicle due to this sad experience. More
