My salesman, Raymond Torres, was very good and very helpful. I can’t say much for the rest of the dealership. They need more customer service, a better and more accurate phone system of how to reach ce helpful. I can’t say much for the rest of the dealership. They need more customer service, a better and more accurate phone system of how to reach certain employees, better communication, and quicker in and out. We like our Tucson, but the mess up at the dealership was inexcusable. I’ve dealt with better dealerships and I should have left after the mix up. More
