I recently had the worst experience I have ever had with the service department. It took a month and a half to have 4-items taken care of with my vehicle. I left 2 messages with the service department to check if my car was ready and no one returned my call. They did not call to let me know that my car was ready. I had to call the main service department to my car was ready and no one returned my call. They did not call to let me know that my car was ready. I had to call the main service department to find out the work had been completed 30 minutes before they closed. Drivers side floor mat was muddy. All other dealerships I have been to in the past always put something down to protect the floor mat. I asked to have my car washed when I dropped it off because of all the mud from the construction that got on my car. That did not happen. Just disappointed with the service. Not sure I want to take my car there again. More
