Everyone did a great job, my A/C will freeze you out since they fixed it. Even though they were very busy and dealing with the remodeling of the dealership it was a pleasant experience. I came in to look at the Sonata. You had just the one I wanted in stock. What I liked most was that there was no pressure for dealer add ons or selling over MSRP. it was a fast and You had just the one I wanted in stock. My salesman didn’t play the “keep me waiting game” while he found the car on the lot or needed to confer with the sales manager on purchase agreement. It was a transparent easy process with no surprises when the final out the door price was presented. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was the construction that is going on for the expansion. The dealership was hard to find. The entrance and signage was lacking for where to go. I nearly drove off after my second pass around the block to find new car sales entrance. I’m glad I didn’t. The buying experience itself was one of the best I’ve had. Ricardo, my salesman, was a stand up guy and very customer focused. I appreciated that. It’s a rarity it the car sales world. The follow up after purchase was also appreciated. I didn’t feel like after the sale I was yesterday’s sales statistic. I live in the Houston area and drove to San Antonio for this purchase. My only wish is that Red McCombs opens up a dealership West of Houston near me. If their service is as good as their sales it’s a home run. More

I am significantly not happy with this service center. My vehicle was broken into because of a Tik Tok challenge that I was not aware of until I tried to have my vehicle fixed. I called twice looking for information about how to get my steering wheel fixed and no calls were returned to me. I had to call them. Five days after the break in, I get the notice in the mail about calling to schedule the anti-theft service. I wonder if I would have gotten it if they had not tried to steal my car! I called to get the anti-theft service done and asked to have the date/time left on my phone. Anytime/Anyday was the request because I didn't want my car messed up again. I made 2 requests and they were not returned. Today, I called (lost track of how many times), and got my scheduled fix date. It is for July 24th, and "it will probably be at the shop several days," said the service person. Hopefully, my car won't be targeted again while I wait. If the dealer knew there was problem, a notice should have gone out immediately, so I would not have been traumatized by the attempted theft of my vehicle and I could have taken precautions while I waited. Not returning calls for assistance added to the stress and frankly made me not celebrate the car I have grown to love. More
