Edward was great, but every other aspect of buying this car was the worst experience ever. You all took the fun out of buying a new car. I waited over an hour to sign paperwork on Saturday, I had an appointment for 8:30 a.m., finally left there after 1 p.m. And, I was supposedly the first customer, cannot imagine the wait if I was later. I had looked on line first and after using your website, I was given a range of price for my trade in. When I worked with Sam, he offered me thousands of dollars less than I was told on line. I get it, I wasn't expecting the higher amount, but was expecting the lower amount. He mansplained to me why the amount was what it was and I explained to him, I used your website and you all gave me the range, that is what got me in the door. I got ready to leave, said I had to think about it and then he came up with $2000 more, still not the range I was quoted, but I didn't want to have to go elsewhere, already spent two hours that a.m. I had told Martha before coming in that I would not be using my old vehicle as a trade, I wanted the cash, she said fine. On Saturday, I find out that I couldn't get the check that day. Then I waited over an hour to sign the paperwork that took maybe 10 minutes. I got home and went to throw away the paper floor mats only to find out I didn't have other floor mats, xxx? I texted Edward and he said that floor mats were not on the window sticker, no floor mats included. I have never bought a new car that didn't come with floor mats. $40k for a vehicle and you all do not give me floor mats? They had me come back on Wednesday, had an appt at 4:30 and did not get in to sign the paperwork until after 5 p.m. Then, I find out I'm signing the same paperwork that I did on Saturday - why did I wait an hour to sign paperwork you all were not going to use? I was told you all wanted to date the paperwork for that day, then my first payment wouldn't be due for an additional three days. Listen, If I have to worry about three days - I probably should not be buying a car. Then, I find out, no check again. I was furious. Also, after waiting 30 minutes to get in, I finally get into the office to sign the paperwork and one of your moron employees, Jason?, laughed to the other person, yeah, she's already mad at us because she's had to wait. At this point - I have no sense of humor. The person that had me sign the paperwork, then wanted to upsell me on maintenance - that is not the time to do this. I just wanted out of there, I wasn't buying anything. He made a big deal out of writing everything upside down, like a parlor trick, who the f cares? Then as I was leaving, he said something like see you again for your next purchase - ha!! You all will never see me again I thought. I do not hear from you all and you owe me $24500 for my trade in. After waiting two days and crickets from you all, I text Edward on Saturday and he says I will get the check Monday. What??? You've had my 4Runner for a week now, if you were not going to be able to get me a check for 7 days, you should have said so. I texted Edward that this wasn't acceptable, let me know what I should do, take an Uber to the dealership and pick up my 4Runner or drive the new Tuscon back, give me my car back and we tear up the contract. Edward said no, he promises the check to me Monday. It really wasn't a yes or no question, I was furious and you all had my money for seven days with no communication except it will be a couple of days. It was a joke how you all had no clue how to pay someone the money instead of putting it towards their new purchase. I've lived in Texas for 20 years, in that time I've purchased 3 Tucsons, 2 Mini Cooper Convertibles and one 4Runner. This is my fourth Tucson and will be the last vehicle I purchase from a Red McCombs dealership. So, 7 new cars in less than 20 years and NEVER treated this poorly and NOT one of these new cars did not have floor mats. More

I had a terrible experience with the service department to address multiple recalls. Despite my efforts to stay informed, I had to keep calling just to get an estimate on my car. Eventually, I had to pressure the person handling my case to give me a timeline because I need my car and they weren't going to provide me a ride. Unfortunately, I was then informed that they could not service my headlights because they needed to get the part in. I was told I would receive a call in six weeks, but that never happened. Every time I call, I end up on hold for at least 20 minutes and I can never get through to the service department because I get rerouted to sales. I truly love my 2019 Elantra, but my experience with the service department has left me unsure about buying another one. More
It was the best visit, Victor took care of my car, honest about time length and only fix what my vehicle needed, took my car in even though I didn’t have an appointment. Thank you Victor.
