I brought my car in for a oil change and when they did the change they found a screw in the tire which the tire could not be repair i waited a long time for the oil change than went and told them go ahead the change they found a screw in the tire which the tire could not be repair i waited a long time for the oil change than went and told them go ahead and get me a tire and waited for that as well what kind of dealer ship that sells suv does not have a tire for a suv really , the lady was nice and gave me 10 dollars off the oil change but still 5 hours or so at the dealer ship , that is way too long. More

All of the customer service I received through the collision center was great. The only issue I have is that they managed to lose my keys when we dropped them in the drop box overnight.
