He also took the time to make sure that the Bluelink was fully set up before I left the dealership. Israel in finance was also great as well. He took the time and was very patient at exploring all of the different options to make sure that payments were exactly where I wanted them, and even gave me a great deal on an excellent warranty that will give me peace of mind. I left the dealership extremely happy and I can honestly say that every time I get into the Santa Fe I end up loving it a little more. 90 minutes for a multi-point inspection and an "update" and 8 more minutes just to get the car back is a reminder as to why I don't go to the dealership unless absolutely necessary.
