Finance manager misrepresented the extended warranty and maintenance plan. He misrepresented the cost by saying only the cost of the maintenance plan. He never pointed to the cost of the extended warranty on the paperwork and also never mentioned the cost of the extended warranty. He knew from a conversation the day before that I wasn’t comfortable with the cost of the extended warranty and said He would make me a good deal. By not mentioning the cost of the extended warranty at the time of signing the paperwork I thought he was very dishonest and was trying to hide that cost from me. More
