Employees were nice and prompt. I did not like them trying to sale me services on my car that was not needed. Everything was fine… until I got home and my husband checked the coolant and it was almost empty. I specifically told the person that was doing the service that the last time they told my husband that t checked the coolant and it was almost empty. I took my car in after it had been stolen and damaged. The body shop was confusing to find and not very welcoming. My car remained with them for over a month and a half. We even tried speaking to a manager and one was conveniently “not available” each time we asked. This was extremely unprofessional and I will never recommend or use this dealership ever again. More

First and foremost there is zero communication between employees/departments. I took my 2022 Santa Fe for an oil change and they failed to do the job correctly. On the sales side, Donovan doesn’t know anything about vehicles and he’s a deer in headlights when asking questions. I referred my friend to purchase a vehicle before the bad service and the screen immediately went out. She scheduled service, the sales manager signed a sheet stating she’d get a loaner for when the service is scheduled so she drove an hour to the dealership just to be told that she needed to come another day because they didn’t have a loaner. More
