I dropped my car off for an oil change and it was radio silence for two days. I texted. I called. Nobody got back to me. When I finally got a hold of the service rep he tried to tell me he left a voicemail silence for two days. I texted. I called. Nobody got back to me. I visited the dealership 4 times and Sgt. was just as friendly on the 1st visit as the last visit. I got different information each time I went which answered most of my questions.
