Bill Wyman did a wonderful job of finding the exact car I was looking for. I wanted an all wheel drive EV that I could put a trailer hitch and roof rack on and could handle the weather in Spokane Washington was looking for. Had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and inspection. I did ask when I got there and they told me they would take about an hour, which I was willing to wait. But if they had told me they were going to ta I did ask when I got there and they told me they would take about an hour, which I was willing to wait. But if they had told me they were going to take 3 hours I would’ve asked to be picked up while they worked on my car and I wouldn’t have minded the wait. More

The service person tried to scam me by telling me my service price was going to be higher than what was agreed upon when I went to pick up my vehicle. When I called him out on his scam, he immediately r service price was going to be higher than what was agreed upon when I went to pick up my vehicle. When I called him out on his scam, he immediately recanted and brought the price back down. How sad that he tries to take advantage of customers like this. How awful that Hyundai employs someone like this. More
