I came in for oil change on my 2023 Kona and ended up walking out with a 2024 Kona. My salesman, Diego, is always professional and kind and works hard to make things seamless. We had an appointment for work done to the car. No one called after two and a half business days. When we called, nothing had been done to our car, and it was going to take 3 additional days to get No one called after two and a half business days. The associate Esteban, was not helpful, did not communicate with us, didn’t listen to what we needed, and was not easy to reach. He then went on to suggest $2,000 worth of unneeded repairs. The team member answering the phone was also very short, and unfriendly. She was on her phone when we arrived to pick up the car and had a “I don’t care about this job” demeanor. More
Bryan Menard Cody and Margaret were inconsistent with feedback they will transfer to voicemail the calls and never cal back. My oil was double filled on my previous visit and could have caused some costly damages and when I brought this up on my most recent visit they mentioned that they would tell them not to do it again. Worse experience, unprofessional and lazy. Had my car for 2 weeks. Not once did I receive a call when my car was going to be ready or where they are on the process on my car. I called everyday and not one day did the person who was working my car answered my call. Which I understand. It’s a busy place left a voicemail every time with my number and email. Not once did I get a call or text. On the day before my car was ready I ask to speak to a manager and told him my frustration. His response was “they are busy”. He then told me my car would be ready the next day on Friday. I had two recalls on my car. I ask if after they completed my repairs if they would be able to take it to service to get those completed. He put me on a brief hold and then told me they would take it after and my car would be ready around 3 the next day. I called the next day to talk to the person who was working on my car and no response again. He FINALLY called me a hour later and told me my car would be ready at 6. Which I understood cause the recalls needed to be done on my car. I ask him if he could give me a call once my car was completed and ready for pick up and he laughed and said “idk I will try”. He didn’t call me. I showed up at 6 like he said to get my car. When I arrived I ask him if the recalls were completed on my car. He froze and said “ he was never told about the recalls, and they are not completed” and froze again. I told them about the recalls when I first arrived to drop off my car and the manager promised me he would compete it as well. for two weeks, me and my insurance claim specialist Would try to get a hold of the person working on my car and neither of us could get to him for two weeks straight. I took my car to red McCombs Because red McCombs is known in San Antonio And how good quality they are supposed to be. I never done a review Before But this was just bad. I will not be coming here again. Just disappointing. The person who was servicing, my vehicle, was named Bryan Menard. More
