Other than Ariel's willingness to make us happy and Joe's expertise in the financing department, the service area was slow and no cross training. If I called in to speak with the service manager, only 1 pers expertise in the financing department, the service area was slow and no cross training. If I called in to speak with the service manager, only 1 person could help me. And the person available to answer the phone was not amiable enough to offer a call back or to say someone will be with you shortly. They tried to get the service person to answer the call but she was not available, so they left me on hold. The waiting between the decision to buy and the process for the paperwork took a long time. They didn't explain why. If they had, it would have been better received. Like, "we're trying to get you financed..." More
