However, if you need to follow up no one is available, they always direct you back to your sales representative Joseph Del La Rosa “JD” who doesn’t appear to have set hours so good luck with getting back with them. JD offered to put my front license plate on a few days later since it was late and technically they were closed; yet about 4 weeks after purchasing the car it still hasn’t been installed. I can’t even get in touch with JD and looking at the mount they provided it doesn’t appear to be the right holder so when I went to pick up my registration I inquire. However, again they directed me to JD, but after standing there for about 20 min they realized he must have left for the day. Lastly, before driving off with the vehicle initially JD offered complimentary window tint as a thank you for coming back to purchase the car with him months later. Obviously, that wasn’t true because I’ve followed up multiple times, left voicemail, sent text messages and nothing, so I’ve caulked it up as that was a lie. More

I had a faulty trunk latch, which resulted in continuous cycling of the trunk open warning light and draining of the car battery.
