I was surprised to learn that the cost of an Oil Change had increased by 2.5 times what I have been paying for the last few years. When I questioned the Service Advisor I was told it has been that high for had increased by 2.5 times what I have been paying for the last few years. When I questioned the Service Advisor I was told it has been that high for months. I was also informed that the Shuttle Service was not available at the time I was there (normally the service advisor would track down the Shuttle Driver and obtain an estimate time of arrival). I took an Uber to work and when it was time to pick me up the Shuttle Driver told me he would be 1-2 hours away and could not provide an ETA (I took an Uber back to the Service Department). Upon paying for my service I had to track down the Service Advisor because I did not receive my Multi-Point Inspection Report which I usually receive at the conclusion of my service. At the end of the day i paid $155 for an Oil Change ($125 Service and $30 Uber). I won't be returning for services and will look elsewhere when purchasing my next vehicle as I place Quality of Service as my number priority when purchasing a vehicle. More

Honestly, I was disappointed that my request to have the upcoming oil change (due soon) was not done as I requested to save me a separate trip.
