Well, let's put it this way: you wouldn't get a single star from me this time. It started with my appointment being at 10:30, but all the service staff were in a meeting, so I was told to take a seat in t star from me this time. When I asked how long it would take, I was told 20–30 minutes. I just wonder why they schedule appointments for customers only to make them wait. I’m self-employed—time is money, and waiting costs me money. After 22 minutes, one of their service staff came over and told me that the car didn't actually need a service—it had been reset incorrectly last time. They only performed the recall work. I wasn't happy about this, because the reason we had made the appointment in the first place was that the car's computer indicated a service was due. I told their employee that one of the tire sensors was showing low pressure; he said, "No problem, we'll fill air in it and also reset the service indicator in the car's computer." Since the wait for the recall service was four hours, they called a shuttle service to take me home. I really have to wonder why someone working for a car dealer operates three cellphones while driving; not only does it set a bad example and violate the law, but it also makes being a passenger with this driver an unsettling experience. On Route 1604, he sometimes kept a gap of only 30 feet between himself and the car ahead because he kept getting calls and looking at his phones. I don't need to understand why his phone wasn't connected to the car via Bluetooth. I worked for Daimler-Benz in Munich many years ago—the job required excellent driving skills—so I know what driving is all about; I also can even often tell what might be wrong with a car just by the sound it makes. Back home, my husband said he’d go pick up the car so I wouldn’t have to drive with that man again. He picked it up, but on the way home, he noticed the tire pressure hadn’t been adjusted; plus, the service notification popped up again yesterday—it’s 26 days overdue.
