Even with an appointment my husband was there for almost 8 hours. We were just over our 60,000 mile warranty. Still we were charged a $200 fee to go over the whole car for an inspection which didn’t count t 8 hours. We were just over our 60,000 mile warranty. On top of already paying 1K and them already needing to go over multiple areas due to multiple recalls. The car is only 4 years old. Over $1200 even WITH a $100 coupon and that didn’t even include an oil change, tires, brakes, or any other “big” items. We won’t be going back to get anymore work done here due to typical price gauging and ridiculously long wait times. More

Had several good experiences with them in the past but the last couple of times they've had my car for a week gave it back not fixed, came back and they took another week to half fix it.
