I worked with Lyndsay for purchasing my vehicle and she is exceptionally well in communicating things to me and taking time to resolve my queries. I called the service department to have it serviced I was told there were 3 recalls to be fixed. I agreed to the recall repairs to be done a week later. I dropped off the vehicle and then I was advised that told there were 3 recalls to be fixed. I agreed to the recall repairs to be done a week later. I dropped off the vehicle and then I was advised that they didn’t have a part to fix one of the recalls. I took the day off to drop off my car and now I will have to take another day off to finish the other recall . Not planned well, the service department should have had all the parts needed to complete the job. I’m not happy with this outcome. More
My Hyundai consultant Aaron was very professional and listened to my inquiries on all the recalls. It was my first time at Red Macomb Hyundai Northwest so I had parked on the wrong side of the service department. Aaron was nice enough to retrieve the car from the incorrect side and move it to the service stall. Everything went well. He had estimated about 3-4 hours. There was only a slight hiccup. One of the software for ABS updates failed twice and delayed the pickup time by an hour. Aaron had the car back to us by 5pm. He wasn’t around/off when we arrived to pickup the car but another staff assisted us with retrieving the car. Overall it was a good experience. We will be back. This might become our Hyundai service location in the future. It’s hard to finding a professional car service place that are knowledgeable, courteous and not trying to up sale things you don’t really need at that moment in time; especially when most mechanics/auto consultants are on commission on the parts/services they recommend/sale. I didn’t feel pressured or push. Which is always a good sign. More

The internet sales Manager, Raul, was extremely helpful in orchestrating all my needs before I got to the dealership. He heard my concerns and ensured everything would be taken care of for me upon arrival and he was correct. They had the options of cars I wanted to test drive already pulled to the front and ready to go. Valid, my wonderful salesman, was very knowledgeable and helped to facilitate all my requests. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing. He didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t want. He listened to my requests and did his VERY best to ensure my experience was the very best & he worked with his team quickly to make it happen. We didn’t have the usual bartering back and forth- wasting time. He genuinely gave ear to my concerns and worked it to my advantage. The finance manager was helpful in finding rebates and discount options to get my lowest interest rate and very best deal. He didn’t push or try to guilt or cause fear to push me into an additional warranty package as I’ve had done in the past at other dealerships. He was friendly and helpful. He was kind to went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Overall, this has been my best retail experience ever! This is how a dealership should treat their customers.
