Absolutely, the worst dealership service department that I have dealt in the 30 years I have owned vehicle. It has taken nearly 3 years to get our automatic windshield wipers to be fixed. Additionally, a I have dealt in the 30 years I have owned vehicle. It has taken nearly 3 years to get our automatic windshield wipers to be fixed. Additionally, an obviously incorrect colored part was put on our front bumper during a repair. This error took almost a year to resolve as there was no sense of urgency by all people within the department to correct the error. We would go multiple months and multiple request for updates with no response. Promises on completion were almost always broken/ unfulfilled. Parts were left off after maint. For example- during the final repair of the front bumber, the license plate holder was left in the passenger floorboard; after the first attempt to repair windshield wipers pieces of the cover around mirror were left off; after the first oil change/service, the intake duct to the air filter was not screwed back attached to the front compartment of the engine. Finally, we called five times to schedule an appointment and no one would call us back. We had to physically go in to schedule. More
