I had been car shopping for approximately 2 months prior to finding Raymond Kia. During that time, the excitement and anxiousness that comes with shopping for a new car quickly turned into frustration and d to finding Raymond Kia. During that time, the excitement and anxiousness that comes with shopping for a new car quickly turned into frustration and disappointment. "MARKET ADJUSTMENT". This is a very familiar phrase to those looking to buy a new car in the last several months. Two words that seem harmless enough, but boy do they pack a punch. Sadly, the explanation for these charges don't come with the same amount of oomph! Understandable. Can't be good for business to tell customers you're flat out taking advantage of them. Luckily, I found Raymond Kia. It was a breath of fresh air to be dealing with honest, ethical, and transparent people. I couldn't be any happier with the whole process. Joe was great. Had great communication with him from beginning to end. He answered any questions I had and really went out of his way to provide exquisite service.
