Excellent service. Joe Schusteff was patient beyond belief. My husband and I came into Raymond Kia looking to buy an SUV. After Joe searched through what they had a Joe Schusteff was patient beyond belief. My husband and I came into Raymond Kia looking to buy an SUV. After Joe searched through what they had available we settled on a pre-owned certified SUV and took it on a test drive. And then we changed our minds. We asked Joe to see what Fortes he had available so he happily (and I do mean happily) started searching. He was like "ok let's see what is available"! We never felt like we were being rushed. While he was doing that we stepped outside and noticed the K5 - we really liked it and took it on a test drive. Finally, SOLD! We did not make the process easy for Joe but Joe made the car buying process so easy for my husband and me. THANK YOU JOE! We also want to recognize David Rich. What a pleasure. This guy knows his stuff. Very informative. Also, want to recognize the finance gentleman (I am so sorry I cannot remember his name but we met with him on Saturday, 9/10/22 at about 5 pm.
