I bought a new kia soul from Gary Lang Kia which is now Castle. Since 30,000 miles my engine was burning oil and I had to add 2-3 quarts before my next oil change and dealt with this since at least 2021. Castle. Fast forward and I blew through 2 catalytic converters in 2023 due to oil burning problem. First one they replaced but second one failed because they never fixed original engine problem. Second one they were charging me 5400.00 to basically band-aid the problem so I left their lot furious. Came here to Antioch and these guys were stellar!!! I finally got a new engine (because they were willing to do paper-work and help me). I will never go back to castle kia and I will make the longer trek to come to Antioch. Thank you Alex, Marty , and everyone there!! They gave me a loaner car and were so helpful and professional. More

This was the best car buying experience ever. It actually surprised me how hard Tony and Sam worked at getting me everything they could from Kia as I was trading in a leased car.
