I had an unbelievably wonderful experience buying a used Kia Niro EV from Ray Price Lincoln in PA. To Sum It Up: Not only was the vehicle priced very competitively (better than private sales on craigslist- so I drove an hour and a half to come see the car because of this)but the kindness, respect, and genuine honesty are what helped me seal the deal. I walk away with a car that I love, in excellent almost pristine condition, and can feel good about it for many, many years to come. Dealership is beautiful and very well maintained, very impressive with how much effort they put into making it friendly to the environment too! Complimentary snacks/drinks and nice lounge while you wait. The Longer Version: I first called the dealership to confirm the car was there & asked about dealer fees- Mark took my call and was very upfront & honest with me- the car was priced as shown- no hidden fees- so I headed out to see it a day later. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the door by the Manager Nick Rizzo. Warm and kind-hearted quickly come to mind. Nick went above & beyond to work with me, even personally taking my call when I got lost on my way there lol. How a company runs really comes from the top and trickles down to all employees-- Nick runs this dealership based on integrity and it shows through everyone who works under him. They all respect each other, and everyone who walks in there. They care more about the person than the sale--saying this is something very hard to find these days would be an understatement. Mike worked in sales and stayed by my side throughout the entire ordeal. From giving me a ride to get a cashier check, to helping me transfer my insurance and even giving me a charging cord when my phone started to die, and a computer to look up info...he truly went above and beyond to make my experience move as smoothly as possible. I can not RECOMMEND *MIKE* MORE HIGHLY-- please ask for him by name. You will not be disappointed and will be treated like family regardless of how much you spend or what vehicle (used or new) you choose to buy. Finally, to finish up my day Anthony helped me with all my paper work, title, and registration and wrapped it all up for me to get out the door. Again, a genuinely warm hearted person who was so happy to just help and see me happy with my purchase. He was just such a pleasure to talk to, and work with and really helped end my day (and weeks of searching for this car!!) on the highest note. When I went to go leave with my new (used) car--- the guys had put a big bow on it. Totally no need to do that, but they just did it to make my experience feel extra special. I left feeling so grateful for having met everyone there and super satisfied with my purchase. A HUGE thank you again to everyone at Ray Ford Price Lincoln...especially Nick, Mike, and Anthony-- I simply can not **recommend this dealership more highly**. I stopped at the dealership this week to purchase a 2019 Lincoln MKC. After agreeing on a price the sales manager took an exceptionally long time to return to the table. I had offered to pay cash for the vehicle but they would only accept a check for $5000. I then offered to finance it and completed a finance application. Then the finance person appears and after I gave him my driver's license and change of address card he tells me that I have to go to Penn DOT and have the address card replaced because it had been trimmed to fit my wallet. I really wanted to purchase the Lincoln so I went to the closest Penn Dot. I was in touch with the salesperson the entire time. I eventually went to Penn DOT in Allentown to get the address card replaced. I finally completed the replacement of the address card about 230pm. I again called the salesperson and told him I would be there by 300pm. I received a phone call back from the salesperson and I was told that I had a 600pm appointment with the finance person. I explained that I came from 2 hours away to purchase this vehicle and I am not waiting for 3 more hours. In the last 4 months I purchased 2 other vehicles and no one had a problem with the address card or accepting a personal check. Furthermore I have excellent credit and I am sure that the Sales Manager knew that after I completed the Credit Application. For whatever reason they did not want to sell me a car. It certainly wasn't because of the trade in because I was buying the vehicle outright. In my entire life I have never been treated like that from any dealership. I will be emailing Lincoln to notify them of my experience. More

Would have been an easy sale as financing was pre-arranged, no trade, and I wanted to finalize it all online to make for an easy pick up. The sales manager at first didn’t want to deal with me over the phone. He then took hours to get back to me with a counter offer that was online list price, which was $500 higher than the sale tag hanging in the window of the car! I wanted to keep my business local but seems there are no honest or good dealerships in the area anymore. Ended up buying from a dealer in NJ who was amazing to work with, did it all online, and couldn’t have made the transaction any easier. More

First of all every time I go to get an oil change or inspection there’s always grease on my interior and door. They said I needed new tires so I got them they scratched all my rims. I called them they said that they were already scratched I said no way I take good care of my car I park a mile away when I go shopping. I sent pictures they said that they were going to talk to the manager chuck this was Friday July 3rd today is Tuesday July 6th still haven’t heard from them! This is how they take care of there customers! The service sucks there service people are very negligent. I don’t trust them! And I don’t want to take my car there anymore. My car looks old because of the negligent of service! More
