I stopped at the dealership this week to purchase a 2019 Lincoln MKC. After agreeing on a price the sales manager took an exceptionally long time to return to the table. I had offered to pay cash for the vehicle but they would only accept a check for $5000. I then offered to finance it and completed a finance application. Then the finance person appears and after I gave him my driver's license and change of address card he tells me that I have to go to Penn DOT and have the address card replaced because it had been trimmed to fit my wallet. I really wanted to purchase the Lincoln so I went to the closest Penn Dot. I was in touch with the salesperson the entire time. I eventually went to Penn DOT in Allentown to get the address card replaced. I finally completed the replacement of the address card about 230pm. I again called the salesperson and told him I would be there by 300pm. I received a phone call back from the salesperson and I was told that I had a 600pm appointment with the finance person. I explained that I came from 2 hours away to purchase this vehicle and I am not waiting for 3 more hours. In the last 4 months I purchased 2 other vehicles and no one had a problem with the address card or accepting a personal check. Furthermore I have excellent credit and I am sure that the Sales Manager knew that after I completed the Credit Application. For whatever reason they did not want to sell me a car. It certainly wasn't because of the trade in because I was buying the vehicle outright. In my entire life I have never been treated like that from any dealership. Would have been an easy sale as financing was pre-arranged, no trade, and I wanted to finalize it all online to make for an easy pick up. The sales manager at first didn’t want to deal with me over the phone. He then took hours to get back to me with a counter offer that was online list price, which was $500 higher than the sale tag hanging in the window of the car! I wanted to keep my business local but seems there are no honest or good dealerships in the area anymore. Ended up buying from a dealer in NJ who was amazing to work with, did it all online, and couldn’t have made the transaction any easier. More

First of all every time I go to get an oil change or inspection there’s always grease on my interior and door. They said I needed new tires so I got them they scratched all my rims. I called them they said that they were already scratched I said no way I take good care of my car I park a mile away when I go shopping. I sent pictures they said that they were going to talk to the manager chuck this was Friday July 3rd today is Tuesday July 6th still haven’t heard from them! This is how they take care of there customers! The service sucks there service people are very negligent. I don’t trust them! And I don’t want to take my car there anymore. My car looks old because of the negligent of service! More

Took car in for oil change and multi point inspection. Asked them to use a Teflon wrench on wheels when doing rotation. Was told don’t think they have that tool so I said don’t rotate. Picked vehicle up Asked them to use a Teflon wrench on wheels when doing rotation. Was told don’t think they have that tool so I said don’t rotate. Picked vehicle up almost 8 hrs later only to notice immediately there was damage around lugs. Immediately brought it to their attention but they claim now that they didn’t do damage. Foreman stated they had to remove wheels to inspect brakes. I totally forgot that wheels needed to come off to check brakes and rotators. Service Manager, tells me No they don’t need to remove wheels to inspect brakes. Although my report card says measured brake pads and has the actual MM measurement listed. How do you measure the thickness of pads without removing wheels? Report card also says they did a multi purpose inspection recommended by Ford and Lincoln Motor Companies but yet my washer fluid was low and not topped off and my engine coolant level was below minimum and not topped off and my tire pressure was never checked. QuestionIng what they checked and my safety now in this vehicle. So not only do I have damaged rims but also inadequate multi point inspection. Service manager stopped talking to me and is now only just contacting me via email to tell me they are not responsible for damage but are willing to repair. Their repair will not be back to the powder coating I currently have on my rims. Repair would be done in their parking lot. Offering to repair in my eyes is admitting guilt. What happened to making a customer whole again after damage that occurred while in their care, custody and control? Also noticed that 8 mos ago a review was posted by another customer who also had damaged wheels after he brought vehicle in for 2 tire change. This dealership and the GM replaced this customer’s wheels but will not do the same for me or even have my wheels re-powder coated. Doing for one is setting a precedence! People BEWARE of the service you receive from this dealer. I would recommend avoiding this dealer at all cost. Your safety matters. More
