I was interested in a Honda Ridgeline which they did not have one available at that time. I spoke to Maria and she explained that one should be coming in sometime in August. Fortunately Maria was very knowledgeable of numerous aspects of her job and helped me through obstacles I encountered (not with the dealership) during this process. More

We do drive a lot in a year, but bought the car in July and by early February with about 12k miles started hearing some horrible sounds in the front end. Not thinking it would be tires (how could that be) I pulled over to a tire place to take a look. First told the front tires were totally wore out and put on in reverse (yes they can do that). Second they were cheap tires. By July going into another Honda dealer to get oil change, they told me I need to replace the other 2 tires right away, and contact the dealer who sold me the car. I contacted Ray Price Honda and they would not do a thing. Manager never even called to apologize. Never thought we would be out almost $1000.00 on tires and alignment on a car we just purchased that year. As I shared with Zach (again great guy) "We won't do business with a place that is fine with making thousands off a purchase but not willing to put a few extra hundred into better service or trying to fix the situation." Been driving Hondas since 1985 and our 5 kids have all driven Hondas too! We thought we had found a great place not too far away. We will look elsewhere next time. Plenty of other dealers out there. I tried to purchase a 2019 Lincoln MKC this week from the Lincoln dealership. A uniques set of circumstances occurred. The sales manager got my information then took an extremely long time to process everything. Then the finance person refused to accept my drivers license and change of address card. The reason given was Penn DOT would not accept the address card. I was told to go to Penn DOT to get the correct address on the Driver’s License. I went to Penn DOT and although it took a few hours got the address on the driver’s license. When I called the sales person to let him know I would be there in 30 minutes to complete the deal. I was told that the finance person would not be able to do my paperwork until 6pm. It was 3pm when I called. I informed the sales person I would not be buying the Lincoln. I have never been treated like that at a car dealership. I got the feeling that they did not want to sell me a car. I have excellent credit and offered to pay cash for the car. I will be following up with Lincoln to give them a review of Ray Price Lincoln. More
