She makes herself available, and I knew no matter what, she would be there for me and help in any way she could. Another big shout out to Jennifer Hilbert– the sales Manager. She is the voice of calm and competence in a pretty high intensity business. She too is absolutely committed to ensuring the clients get what they need. In my case, due to a unique circumstance, special arrangements had to be made for the pick-up of the auto. She went above and beyond, thought it through, rallied the team, and was able to come up with a solution to accommodate me. Both she and Maria went out of their way for me.
