My experience was awesome both from buying 2 new Honda's and needing an emergency service to replace a tire that was flattened by a pothole. This dealership went above and beyond for me and would highly recommend them. More
Buyer Beware Learn from my mistake. If you do nothing else when shopping for a car, don't buy a car from Ray Price. I was dealing with Jarrett over the phone reg Learn from my mistake. If you do nothing else when shopping for a car, don't buy a car from Ray Price. I was dealing with Jarrett over the phone regarding buying 2 cars. One cash, one financing. We negotiated by phone since the dealer was 1hr from my house. Everything was great over the phone, and it seemed like a done deal. As a matter of fact they had our two cars ready for us upon arrival. All was good up until this point, then the deal went south, and fast. Without getting into too many details, they said they would give us 8800 for our trade. I asked for this number AFTER, Yes, AFTER they evaluated it and took it for a test drive. I wanted all of the numbers we agreed upon in writing before we started filling out credit apps and the miscellaneous forms. That's when the trouble started. Suddenly that 8800 quote on the trade in dropped completely out of the blue to 7,000. Blue book value on the car is 8600. The manager suddenly down played the trade saying that it was now only worth 7,000.......15 minutes prior to this, the car was appraised at 8,800. What gives? The manager started yelling and screaming at me because I questioned this sneaky move. He asked me to leave. To which I responded "Gladly". When I asked him for his name, he said ignorantly "Bill Gates". Just goes to show you all of the horror stories and the cheesy cliches you've ever heard about car salesmen certainly fit this sad excuse for a manager. They don't hold true to their word. The price they give you ISNT really the price. Beware! Beware! Beware!!!! More
Inflated prices, and shady mechanics. This is my email response to the customer service manager when he asked how my car inspection went: Yes your "experienced technicians" discovered This is my email response to the customer service manager when he asked how my car inspection went: Yes your "experienced technicians" discovered many many things that needed replacing... All in all, I think it was engine mount, muffler, exhaust manifold with catalytic converter, control arm bushing. Despite that the muffler and manifold have no holes and the car does not run loud, I was amazed at the near-scientifically forensic findings. It couldn't be that a car shop was finding things wrong with my car just to be paid lots of money for fixing it all... Not the place I overpaid for my as-is vehicle to begin with. Never. I've personally looked at the bushings and figured they'd need replacement soon, the other items, no more than fluff to be charged for. Luckily, Luke, I took my car to another reputable car shop. Lo and behold, only my control arm bushing needs replacement! What a lucky break that exactly what I expected in service, was the service rendered. Thankfully, there are some reputable inspectors in the state. I expected better, but was unsurprised. My mother, stepfather, and I have all bought vehicles from you guys. Every time with a bloated price, but that's what you get at a private dealer, and part of what we expect. When my car died on the highway a week after purchase, I was so amazed that "as-is" for Ray Price Honda meant not even cleaning the buildup on the battery, which was the only issue. By the way, Luke, I explained this to a customer service manager on Tuesday and never heard back, I guess these things aren't as important as those daily labor hour quotas.... That's the sum of my experience. I won't be returning to RPH in the future, and will make sure I let my family know, the better business bureau, and whoever else is interested on social media... More

We are so happy!!! Ray Price Honda was trustworthy and kept their word when its up to their phone offer (unlike other dealers). I truly recommend them. We have visited many different dealers. At Ray Price kept their word when its up to their phone offer (unlike other dealers). I truly recommend them. We have visited many different dealers. At Ray Price they were kind, reliable, very knowledgeable and helpful! Ask for Andre or Robert Nelson. You will get best possible service! These people simply deserve your business. Even after we have signed the deal. Andre was still with us guiding through the whole process and explaining every small feature of the car. He personally made sure that the CRV we were getting is in top condition! Somewhere else a sales person would simply rush to jump to another customer without even turning his head back. Brian their sales manager is fantastic and the most imprtant honest person. (before I thought that would not be even possible) They were open to our requests. We feel very satisfied. As a matter fact their service is much beyond expectations! I drive Audi at the moment but my next car will be a Honda. Of course from Ray Price! More
Ray Price does not back up their cars. I had a problem with my rims rusting when I first got my car and they told me that it was rocks hitting my rims and chipping the paint. After my rims kept getting wo with my rims rusting when I first got my car and they told me that it was rocks hitting my rims and chipping the paint. After my rims kept getting worse my dad took my car to a Honda dealer in NJ to see what they said and as soon as they saw the rims they said that they were defective and that we should file a claim with the company. The other dealer happily took pictures of the rims and sent them to Honda for the claim. Unfortunately though the pictures were not good enough so I had to go to Ray Price to get them taken again and sent to the company. When we went for the pictures the staff at Ray Price acted very cold to us like we had done something wrong. After taking the pictures he said he would send them into Honda. A week later we called to check in with Honda and see the status of our claim and we were told Ray Price never sent them the pictures. Honda then decided to call Ray Price and when they did they told them that there was nothing wrong with my rims and that the spots of rust were just from rocks hitting my car. (I have looked at other CRV's ones older and newer and have never seen rusting on them like mine so I doubt that it is rocks. After Ray Price told Honda this, Honda called us back and told us that my claim was not approved because Ray Price said that it was just "rocks". I do not know why Ray Price would, excuse my language but "screw me over" like this especially because every vehicle we own is from there. I can assure you that neither me or anyone in my family will buy from them again because of this awful experience. More
They put on new tires and then the TPMS light came on. They wouldn't take responsibility for damaging it and blamed it on low voltage. WOW!! This was by far the best experience we ever had buying a new car. No BS! Andre was kind and knowledgeable about his product. Brian, the sales manager, is not your typical car type of guy. He actual buying a new car. No BS! Andre was kind and knowledgeable about his product. Brian, the sales manager, is not your typical car type of guy. He actually took time to speak with us and make sure we were happy with every step of the process. Jason in finance, I think that was his name was a pleasure as well. I'm telling you, these guys are not your typical "Car" guys. My wife and I love our new CR-V and will be going back for service. They give FREE Pa state inspection for ever and a loaner car for ever. FREE!! That is a nice bonus. We will see you guys in three years when our lease is due. Thanks for everything! More
