To say the least we loved it so much that we brought our daughter in a few months later to purchase the Honda Accord! Unfortunately, my daughter had recently purchased a used vehicle from another dealer with too many miles. I inquired about a vehicle on the internet and Zach did not constantly call or email me, which I liked. I merely asked if a certain vehicle was available and he said it was. I emailed him 2 days later that I was coming in and reconfirmed the car. He introduced me to Felix, my salesperson. I immediately had good rapport with him and he took me out for a test drive and I loved the car. I did not have to haggle over price. They low balled my trade in, which was expected, but eventually compromised on a good price. The finance manager only sold me the extras that I wanted and they were to benefit me. I bought a 2009 Honda Pilot Touring so I already knew that I needed GAP insurance and an extended warranty. Overall, I was in and out in about 2 hours. It took longer for me because of my bank and insurance company, but it was well worth the wait. More
