I also workd with Felix Cruz which was another success with explaining everything. I have leased my first car at paragon honda in queens and did not get half of the service I got at Ray price Honda. A very nice young man Jorge showed me both vehicles and I left there wanting the Pilot. I did not leave there feeling pressured into buying something. After talking to my husband I went back with my trade in and got prices. I did check around at a few other dealerships but none of them could beat Ray Price Honda. We purchased the Pilot with no problems and were happy with the payment. I decided to downsize this year. I wanted to trade in my Pilot and get a CR-V. Of course I went right back to Ray Price Honda like I told Jorge I would when I was ready for another vehicle. I went on Wednesday 9/21 to check out the CR-V and test drive it. Then I stared having second thoughts on the downsizing and I told Jorge on Monday I would let him know by he end of the week/month. He was off on Tuesday and on Wednesday I was going to call him to let him know I was coming back in that afternoon but he called me 1st. He didn't pressure me before I let him know I was coming back. I went there to get everything in order and then went back on Friday and picked up my new CR-V. I just have to also mention that ALL the employees that I dealt with or ran into were courteous and knowledgeable. I keep telling all my friends and family if they are looking to buy a Honda to go to Ray Price Honda in Stroudsburg PA. They have the best staff and deals. I have been shopping for a new SUV and visited quite few dealerships including Audi and Infiniti. Most sales people are interested in closing the deal with the least effort in a timely manner. Sylvester is totally opposite. He knew I wasn't in a rush. Unlike other people spend as much time with me as it was necessary and answered all questions paying attention to every detail. I must admit this professional guy wasn't pushy (what an exception!) and his main concern was taking care of me. Thanks to his knowledge of cars and understanding my needs I will be able to make the best possible decision and get a car that will serve and last for many, many years. Sylvester I'm coming back as soon Pilot will have better incentives from manufacturer! More
Degrading! I came to this dealership with my mom for a new H-RV. I had every intentions of buying a car that day. I even had a check in my purse. However, once I came to this dealership with my mom for a new H-RV. I had every intentions of buying a car that day. I even had a check in my purse. However, once I got their "act" we walked. We arrived in separate cars to the salesman standing in front of our cars before we even got out. The salesman was nice enough, took us a for a long test drive. Once we were done it was time to make the deal. My mom did all the talking. First question is what is your credit score. We told them we already had financing and they don't need. They then wanted the credit union name. They finally gave me the price of the car and we told them to get us your best deal, that $500 off isn't going to do it. They went in to talk to his manager in a room made of glass right next to us. The manager purposefully yelled at the salesman so we could hear saying "How dare you come back here for a better deal! This is the best we can do..." Being two women we felt degraded and humiliated. I wish I told them what we thought, but we didn't. We left with no deal and will not return even though they were the best price. More

Excellent buying experience! Second timer with Ray Price. I just purchased a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L V6 from Ray Price Honda with the help of Felix Cruz. On my way home from work last week, I decided to call R I just purchased a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L V6 from Ray Price Honda with the help of Felix Cruz. On my way home from work last week, I decided to call Ray Price Honda sales and discuss preliminary numbers after discussing my ideal range for a monthly payment with Jarrett Venturini. Since the numbers were well-fitting (pre-credit approval) I decided to stop in on my way home to actually run credit and see what I was up against, end-to-end. Felix and I took the Accord out for a test drive and Felix was an outstanding, non-pressure sales guy. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. Back at the dealership, Felix showed me the in's and out's of the car and it's safety features, advance technology. Eventually, went went inside to work on the out-the-door price, credit check, and finally the paperwork. Felix and the finance department got me an excellent deal well within a range that I was comfortable with. <$100.00 p/mo than my 2010 Mazda 3 I purchased from Ray Price Mazda new back in Sept. 2010. In the grand scheme of things, <$100.00 p/mo more than a basic Mazda 3 going to a nice 2016 Honda Accord EX-L V6, I could NOT complain! In general, from Felix, to the guys/gals in finance to the bottom line price of the car I was very please with the personnel and service all around at Ray Price. As I said, I purchased my first brand new car from them back in 2010, now I'm on my second. My girlfriend and other friends have all purchased their cars from Ray Price. Their service department (Mazda) is outstanding! I'll continue to go back to Ray Price when the time comes for the next car! Thanks for all the hard work, Felix! More

Great People but made BIG ERROR... then fixed it! Before I begin I think it's important to know that the number 1 least trusted profession in America is a politician and the 2nd is a car dealer. That Before I begin I think it's important to know that the number 1 least trusted profession in America is a politician and the 2nd is a car dealer. That means that You need to do your due diligence on everything before purchasing a vehicle. Knowledge is power and lack of knowledge will cost you. Let me try to make a long story as short as possible. I researched everything under the sun until I was content at making a car deal. To give you an example of how specific I was about EVERYTHING... I even calculated the percentage of time the car was going to be used in a year. 5.93% of the time my wife or I would be driving the car and the other 94.07% of the time it would be parked. Anyway, I decided to sign up for an account at TrueCar so I could screen the dealers who contacted me. I received 6 dealers in my area and Ray price Honda was the farthest which put them at a HUGE disadvantage. I spoke (via email) to each and every dealer who contacted me through TrueCar. I was direct and to the point with what I wanted and what I was going to pay for and what I was not going to pay for. I had already test driven the car I was looking at so I didn't have to have that experience and was ready. The only person who got my attention on a solid deal from the first few email exchanges was Jarrett from Ray Price Honda. All the others tried to string me along. In my opinion, he was as honest and straightforward with me as he could have been and I knew it from our first email. So, 27 emails later I agreed to make a deal with Ray Price Honda thanks to Jarrett. Jarret gets 5 stars. Then Jarrett passed me over to Felix who would handle the rest of the deal because Jarrett is the internet salesperson. Let me say that Felix was great. He was friendly, personable and down to earth. He is the kind of guy I could become friends with. I can go on and on about him but this is about the total experience and why Ray Price Honda isn't a 5 star place. Felix gets 5 stars though. Moving right along... After we were done with Felix we got passed on to Greg who handled the paperwork and without a hitch we had our car. Boom done... Yep it was that simple. Up to this point 5 stars was how I felt. However, before we drove away my wife and I wanted a second car for the family and our lease on our current car was coming up real soon. We told Greg and he pointed out a car that would fit our needs and so we started talking about doing a second deal. I told Greg that we had 3 more months on our current lease and we were over significantly on our miles. So, he took a look at the car. Like any normal dealer he pointed out all the flaws with the car. He said it had balding tires and there were nicks here and there but he would crunch some number to see if we could do a deal. A week later I contacted Felix who gave me some numbers via Greg and my wife and I agreed. Then my wife drove down by herself while I was with the kids to turn over our old car and drive away with our 2nd Honda in less than 2 weeks. However, when my wife arrived Greg said the numbers were overvalued because there were some things they hand not seen before. These miscalculations would cost us another $23 a month. I told my wife we weren't going to pay a penny more than the amount quoted so when Greg came back with another offer my wife walked. By the way the offer went down from $23 a month to $8 a month. As my wife was driving home I said that although I didn't want to pay a penny more this was a case of being penny wise but pound foolish. I spent weeks researching, calculating and emailing and for $8 a month we were about to have to go through this whole process again. So, after some convincing, my wife went back and finalized the deal. So, to wrap this up I give Greg 5 stars because he made the process easier up until the huge error. But 0 stars on making a really bad business mistake. Keep in mind there is a possibility that those measly $8 were out of Greg's hands because of upper management but being that he was the face of this part of the deal it gets credited to him and he can share my sentiments with them. Here are the 2 HUGE mistakes that does not make this a 5 star place/deal. 1. They should have looked over the car completely before agreeing verbally and through email to any deal. Ray Price Honda has been in business for over 100 years and should know to handle this situation. A mistake like this is just amateur and unprofessional. 2. They should have eaten the loss as that was their mistake and not ours. Had they eaten the cost this would be a 5 star review with a guarantee of future business. They actually let my wife walk out the door for $8 a month because of their negligence. $8 a month times 39 months is a total of $319. I am confident that if they cut back on some envelopes, toilet paper and pens they could have financially justified the loss and locked in a customer for life. All in all, I liked the 3 RPH guys who we dealt with but the error and decision making on their part was inexcusable. *** I am updating this review because the deal changed after this was posted. A gentleman named Brian from Ray Price Honda called me up to tell me that he read my review (above) and that they don't want to lose me as a future customer. He then said they were going to rip up the lease we signed and honor what they first quoted me because they were wrong. Although, this should have never happened, their apology via a new contract is accepted. Brian gets 5 stars for the fixed error. More
