The sales person was great. He got me the best he could. The only problem that we had is that I needed a new headlight lens installed. Nothing happened no call no nothing. So I drove down and met the salesman. He directed me to service. They ordered the part and installed it within three days, which was great. So I have no real complaints. Just not great communication between your departments. More

My service writer was great. She is still learning her craft but her dedication to her customers is evident. It made me feel uncomfortable and I could tell that it made the service rep feel small and upset. This should never happen, especially in front of the customer.
