Bought a new car in December told by the salesperson that the car should have premium floor mats but that they did not have them. He had me take the mats out of my old car and said he would have the new mats the car should have premium floor mats but that they did not have them. Promises of return calls are always broken Today I was told by a manager that my car didn’t come with floor mats as part of the original purchase and was asked if I purchased them separately! More

They were great, although I don’t think they listened to all the things we thought were wrong with our car. While they had our car for a few weeks to figure out issues we had with it they were supposed to g all the things we thought were wrong with our car. My wife and I had to figure out EVERYTHING on our own. You pay sticker price you would think you would get some level of support and service. I will never buy a car from a dealership again! More

Absolutely insane. Grove over 5 hours one way to buy a 2020 Tahoe and it was scratched and chipped to crap.
