Excellent service advisor and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle deserve 10 stars Thank you for the car wash also. I drive 72 miles round trip. Think prices are a bit to hi for service. What would make me question is some perks for loyal long distance customers . how about a oil change free. I know you click that card on my key chain. My experiences at this place are becoming very stressful in that it has become a big attempt at a money grab. Pressure for services that are not necessary and way overpriced. I just went in for an oil chang in that it has become a big attempt at a money grab. Pressure for services that are not necessary and way overpriced. I just went in for an oil change and was pressured to pay $1400 in extras I didn’t need or want. This has become a regular practice at this shop. My experiences with their sales personnel hasn’t been any better. After having been contacted multiple times to give them an opportunity of buying my vehicle and selling me another one I gave them my criteria and it was like a big bait and switch play. Won’t deal with these r sales staff again and my patience for the service department is wearing thin. More
