The greeter in Service did look and comment that there were no other appointments for this time so I am not sure why it took so long. I could comment on the cost of the Cabin Air Filter. O'Reilly's has a store brand for $14.99 and Fram for $24.99 and the price I was quoted was $74.99. More

We were rushed thru the buying process and in the end we have buyers remorse. My husband has a 788 credit score and a military veteran and was given an 11 percent APR which is awful.
