Lexus bought out the last 3 payments of my existing lease and was able to match the monthly payments while allowing me to put down less money towards a new lease than I was quoted from another dealership. This was by far the most stress free and pleasant car leasing experience I have ever been involved with. Bernard accommodated me by returning my presently leased car to the other dealership. I told him my wish to own a Lexus but financially not quite ready yet. Nevertheless, he let me test drive the ES mode. He explained to me the features and we went over the pricing. And I left the dealership with a promise to come back. I dropped by the dealership back in September but he was tied up with few customers. He came to say hello and I left. Finally this October with his patience and assistance, I was able to purchase 2014 brand new ES within my budget. This was by far the best purchase experience I ever had. It is like buying a car with the guidance from a brother without any stress and without any feeling that you are being pressured. He even fought for me to get the best interest rate. The final stop- credit dept and signing of documents was also pleasant. The finance manager explained to me few of the options/plans I can add on. I chose two important features and everything was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend this dealership. And do ask for" Mick" for the best buying experience. More
