Since 2007 I've been coming here for new cars and for all these years Doug Inglima and the en I cannot say enough about the team at Lexus Of Freehold. As everyone knows there are many manufacturers to choose from, but what gets a customer back is the customer service. In my opinion Lexus of Freehold has set the bar for customer service. Every time I go there, either for service or a new vehicle it always top shelf service. Recently I just went in for a new 2014 GS 350 F sport and I cannot say enough about the cars design and the incredible features. To start off, I personally have been in the car sales industry since about 2008-2013, and know the industry pretty well. I had called in the day before to ask to speak with a sales manager and they were industry since about 2008-2013, and know the industry pretty well. I had called in the day before to ask to speak with a sales manager and they were busy but Joel called me back within 5 minutes. I explained my situation, that my credit was not the best at the time and he said he would do everything he could to get me approved. Walked into the dealership and he placed me with Paul Vallejo. Paul was very, very, non typical of your every day car salesperson. He was honest, very personable and knowledgable. Joel held his promise and Paul & him got me approved on a 2014 lexus is 250 awd vehicle. The whole ordeal was spotless and Paul even came to my house to finalize the deal on his work shift. Highly recommended dealer, very personable, they feed you wraps and sandwiches while you wait, unlimited drinks, they even have a gym inside the dealership. This was the best dealership I as working in the industry have ever stepped into and everyone, including the customers in the showroom, just had such a great aura cause it is not your typical "back and fourth with the manager" approach. I recently bought a car from Ray Catena Lexus in Freehold. At first I was not considering buying a Lexus, but the salesman there, Paul, explained the Lexus IS250 F-Sport to me very well. He took his time to answer all my questions and did not pressure me into buying a car. Because the salesman did such an amazing job, after going to other dealerships and looking at other cars, I came back to Ray Catena Lexus to purchase that car. When I gave Paul a call about 15 minutes before the dealership closed, he still said it was okay for me to come in, and he stayed with me an hour after closing to sign the deal. My experience with this dealership was excellent and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Paul to anyone. More

I was looking around for a new car and wanted a change and visited many dealerships and my final stop was Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold I was immediately greeted when I walked in and everyone was very frie and visited many dealerships and my final stop was Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold I was immediately greeted when I walked in and everyone was very friendly and helpful. A lot of times I feel as a woman alone in a dealership you are overlooked and not taken serious when car shopping alone, this was not the case at all they went above and beyond to help me get into my car of choice I was even greeted by the sales manager who I am sure is extremely busy but he went out of his way to accommodate me and sat me with Gary Lach who sat with me went through my choices took me out on a test drive and completely filled me in on all my options about my car after the test drive, when we got back to the dealership Gary went over all my financial options he made me feel very comfortable about a major choice I was about to make. I decided I wanted the Lexus is250 we went over everything as he submitted my application it was a go and I would pick up my car the following day. I left there and was contacted by Gary as well as Richie they wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied, which of course I was. I went back to pick up my car that night once again immediately greeted Richie came out of his office to say hello and once again ask if I needed anything I then sat with Gary and another Gentlemen Brian who went over all my final paper work. They made an experience I normally stressful simple and easy answered all my questions before I even knew what I needed to ask then when I was ready to go home Gary took me out to another gentlemen who fully went over all my options and set up everything in the car for me. Once again the next day I was called to see how I like my car and if ever I need anything to please call them. I have purchased quite a few cars on my own this was by far my best experience yet I highly recommend them and the Ray Catena dealership and I am looking forward to continued business with both Gary and Richie they went above and beyond for me and I can't thank them enough! So when you go there make sure to visit them you will feel like you are with family! More
