In looking for a first car for our daughter, my wife said let's go out and look at cars Ordinarily, our buying experience has been with a competitor. In looking for a first car for our daughter, my wife said let's go out and look at cars - with no particular dealership as a preference. We happened to start at the Mercedes dealer and worked our way down to the Jaguar dealership. As we looked around at cars, we ended up having a few in mind we liked. Unfortunately, not one person (other than maybe the young lady at the front door) said hello. No one...not one sales person, service person...we weren't sure if it was from the way we were dressed or what. Both of us were ready to leave. As we were about to walk out of the showroom, one of the product specialists, Gavin Mocreia, was sitting in his chair and made eye contact with my wife. I think he said hello and from there, my wife asked him a question. Gavin proceeded to show us any and every car we wished, and we ultimately picked one for our daughter that same day. Gavin introduced us to our sales person, Stephen Christianson, who was equally fantastic. Just before we left for the day, my wife mentioned both individuals to the GM, who was taken aback that no one even acknowledged us as we walked around. Great buying experience, but only because of these two individuals. Our daughter loves her first SUV, with a formal walkthrough of the features by Gavin. When we plan to buy another car next year, we'll be seeking out our friends Gavin and Steve again. Thanks, guys! More
